When there is a show at the Orpheum, State or Pantages theatres, the box office for that theatre will be open two hours ahead of show time. Within one hour of showtime, the box office reserves the right to only service ticketing needs for that performance.

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends, the box office will observe Summer Hours and will close at 3 p.m. on Fridays if there is no show or performance at the Orpheum, State or Pantages Theatres.

Reduced hours:

  • January 14, 2026 – Open late at 2:15 p.m.

  • January 15, 2026 – Close early at 3:00 p.m.

The box office is closed on the following holidays:

  • Christmas Holiday: Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25, 2025

  • New Year's Day: Thursday, January 1, 2026

  • Martin Luther King Day: Monday, January 19, 2026

  • President's Day: Monday, February 16, 2026

  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 2026

  • Juneteenth: Friday, June 19, 2026

  • Independence Day: Friday, July 3, 2026

  • Labor Day: Monday, September 7, 2026

  • Indigenous Peoples' Day: Monday, October 12, 2026

  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 26, 2026

  • Christmas Holiday: Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25, 2026
