900 Hennepin construction

Work is already underway on the transformation of 900 Hennepin, marking the first step in creating a more welcoming, accessible and vibrant Hennepin Theatre District.

Scheduled for completion in winter 2026, the renovation will enhance arrivals along Hennepin Avenue with improved visibility and lighting, create new connections and expanded gathering spaces within the Orpheum Theatre, and introduce upgraded amenities including additional restrooms, bars and spaces designed for pre-show, intermission and post-show experiences.
