Season Packages
A season subscription package is more than just tickets — it’s a guaranteed night out, a chance to create memories you won’t forget.
2025-2026 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season 8-show packages includes:

All performances will take place at the Orpheum Theatre.

Season Options
Season Options are shows that are not part of the subscription package, but are available for purchase in addition to the package. Season subscribers have priority access to buy tickets for Season Options before the general public.
Access to Season Options begin on the announcement date for renewing subscribers and immediately after a new season package purchase. Select Plus subscribers: your same seats for Les Misérables, Chicago and Wicked are on hold for you to buy until the renewal deadline of Monday, March 10, 2025.

Subscription Details
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Season Subscription and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the forthcoming 2025-2026 Broadway on Hennepin subscription offer details. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to all such Terms and Conditions.
PACKAGES: The 2025-2026 Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season 8-show package includes A Beautiful Noise: A Neil Diamond Musical, The Phantom of the Opera, The Wiz, Shucked, Water for Elephants, Suffs, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and The Great Gatsby.
PACKAGE PRICING: The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $65 in processing fees, historic restoration fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Select Plus or Select subscription fee noted below. Facility fees for 8-show subscriptions total $40 per subscription seat.
PREMIUM PRICING: Select Plus Season Packages (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Sections 1 and 2 Rows A–N, Wheelchair Accessible Sections 1-2, Row G) include a $125 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Season Packages (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Section 1 and 2 Rows O–X, Front Balcony Section 5, 6 and 7 Rows A–F, Wheelchair Accessible Section 4, Row T and 5, Row F) for all performances include a $90 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Plus Season Packages and Select Season Packages receive priority access to premium seat locations (available only to these Subscribers) prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits, such as invitations to special events, are included in the Select Plus or Select Season Packages.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed into the 2026-2027 season and beyond risk free. A valid email address and credit card are
required on your Broadway Account. If you do not want to renew, you can opt out before the date listed in the season announcement email, or you can cancel your subscription within 30 days after the season announcement email date to get a full refund. After this period, your subscription cannot be cancelled.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2025-2026 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 10 p.m. on March 10, 2025 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by March 10, 2025 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.
SEASON OPTIONS: Subscription packages do not include Les Misérables, Chicago or Wicked. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The ticket limit for Season Options is eight (8) per account, name, billing address, or credit card. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice. Same seats for Les Misérables, Chicago or Wicked will be reserved for Select Plus subscribers until the renewal deadline. If you do not renew for the 2025-2026 season, any tickets purchased for Season Options will be canceled. All Season Options must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan.
UPGRADES & EXCHANGES: Seating upgrades and ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The ability to exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 4pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account. New subscribers (including any subscribers who are not renewing from the previous season), will incur a $5.00 per ticket exchange service fee during their first season. Renewing subscribers will not incur this exchange service fee.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Orders that exceed the ticket limit of 8 will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability. A service fee per ticket will apply at checkout.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted online. To learn more, please visit HennepinArts.org. All ticket holders are required to comply.
ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway on Hennepin shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. Please see Account Credit Terms & Conditions.
