Automatic renewal: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2025-2026 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

Renewal deadline: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2024-2025 season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 7, 2024 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by March 7, 2024 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

Flexibility: Ticket exchanges and seating upgrades are subject to seating availability at the time of the exchange. The difference in price is due at the time of the exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window. Some restrictions may apply.

Season Options: 8-show packages do not include Season Options. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. The ticket limit for Season Options is eight (8) per account, name, billing address, or credit card. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice. Same seats for Les Misérables, The Book of Mormon and Hadestown will be reserved for Select Plus subscribers until the renewal deadline. If you do not renew for the 2024-2025 season, any tickets purchased for Season Options will be canceled.

Package pricing: The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $65 in processing fees, $40 in historic restoration fees, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Select Plus or Select subscription fee noted below.

Premium pricing: Select Plus Season Packages (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Sections 1 and 2 Rows A–N, Wheelchair Accessible Sections 1-2, Row G) include a $125 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Season Packages (Orpheum Theatre Main Floor Section 1 and 2 Rows O–X, Front Balcony Section 5, 6 and 7 Rows A–F, Wheelchair Accessible Section 4, Row T and 5, Row F) for all performances include a $75 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. Select Plus Season Packages and Select Season Packages receive priority access to premium seat locations (available only to these Subscribers) prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits, such as invitations to special events, are included in the Select Plus or Select Season Packages.

Account credit: Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway on Hennepin shows directly through Broadway Across America. Audience advisory: The Bank of America Broadway on Hennepin season offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

Accessibility: All theaters offer accessible seating in various areas depending on ticket prices. Tickets for accessible seats are reserved for those who require physical accommodation and their companions. Seating is provided on a flat, level area that has padded armchairs which may be removed when access by a wheelchair is required. Each guest who requires accessible seating may purchase up to 3 adjacent seats for companions, subject to availability. Learn more.
