Through Hennepin Arts' brand new workforce development initiative InspireMSP, we're connecting youth to real creative careers at the moment curiosity turns into possibility.

By introducing young people to working professionals, creative workplaces, and hands-on experiences, the program helps students see pathways they may never have imagined—and begin to believe they belong in them.

For organizations across Minnesota, InspireMSP offers a meaningful way to invest in the future of the creative economy while making a tangible, local impact. Support can take many forms: financial contributions that expand access, hosting site visits that bring learning to life, sharing expertise through mentoring, or contributing resources that help students engage more deeply with creative work.
