InspireMSP delivers extraordinary experience to middle and high school students to open worlds of possibilities
Build connections to greater possibility
Dream: Be immersed into what’s possible.
Your organization will help to create a unique experience just for InspireMSP students. This phase is split between a tour and ongoing discussions with your creative professionals, conducted throughout the academic year.
Learn: Participate in hands-on training.
With smaller, more intimate groups, students engage with individual career professionals over multiple sessions. Youth will then experience roles through the lens of various organizations, noting particular differences from one organization to another.
Become: Affirm one’s passions.
Students will receive paid apprenticeships at partner organizations — within a role previously explored. This work experience will best prepare our students for college, trade school, or direct employment in the industry.

All of these places utilize the discipline of creativity to make their communities healthier, more vibrant and more equitable places.
